Important Information
Not reading or misunderstanding the house rules does not exempt anyone from following them.
Authority
In situations not specifically covered by the house rules, the Lake Manager’s decision is final and accepted by all guests upon purchasing their permit.
Gate Opening Hours
For safety reasons, the gates are locked at night:
- Summer: open 7:00–22:00
- Spring / Autumn: open 7:00–19:00
Please take gate closing times into account when planning your departure.
Cleanliness
Littering and discarding cigarette butts anywhere on the lake property is strictly prohibited.
At the end of your session, please bring all trash to the bailiff’s house. Thank you!
Fish Care – Important Guidelines (The value of individual fish may range from hundreds of thousands to several million HUF.) Conduct & Safety Waterside & Environmental Guidelines During weighing and photographing, fish must be continuously watered and handled with maximum care. Age Requirements Monitoring Boat Use – Important Information Safety requirement: Vehicle Access on the Lake Grounds Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Parking – For 24-Hour Reservations Important: Visitors Driving to the swims is not permitted. All visitors must follow the lake’s operational guidelines. Visitor Presence 3,000 HUF / person / 24 hours Overnight presence without a Visitor Ticket is not allowed. Guests with Dogs – Important Guidelines We warmly welcome guests arriving with dogs. Leash Use Safety Responsibility & Cooperation Important Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Maximum speed limit: 5 km/h.
Driving on the cross-dam is strictly prohibited for all anglers.

Deposit
A 10,000 HUF deposit is required at the start of each session (SZÉP Card not accepted).
The deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:
- leaving trash behind
- improper use of cabins or equipment
- returning the cabin dirty
- damaging or cutting vegetation
Booking / Modification / Cancellation
A valid registration is required for booking and fishing.
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required — minimum 50% of the selected services (e.g., cabin, fishing ticket, boat rental).
Once the deposit has been received, your reservation is considered confirmed.
You have 72 hours from the time of booking to pay the deposit.
If the payment is not completed within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Terms:
- 28 days or more before arrival:
Your full deposit is reusable once within the same calendar year.
- Within 28 days of arrival:
The deposit is non-refundable and non-reusable.
- Online reservation is possible for a minimum of 48 hours, we cannot accept bookings for less than 48 hours on our website!
- If you want to stay for 48 hours or more, please make your reservation online, it is not possible to book by phone!
- If you want to make a reservation for less than 48 hours, it is possible to arrange it in person at the huers house or by phone.
- If you want a 12 or 24 hour "advance booking" we can only help you one day before the given subject day, if it is possible, depending on the occupancy
Guests may check in from 08:00 and check out until 17:00 on the day of their booking.
Reservations can be modified or cancelled, but please make sure to notify us in time. Our fishing spots are highly sought-after, so informing us by email also helps fellow anglers.
How to modify or cancel your reservation?
- All requests must be sent exclusively via e-mail to:
• The request must be submitted at least 28 days before arrival.
• Any request received after this deadline cannot be accepted, regardless of the reason.
Modification Policy
• Each reservation can be modified only once
(arrival/departure time or switching to another swim).
• Further modifications are not possible.
If you do not show up
If a guest does not arrive and does not notify us in advance by e-mail:
• No further reservations can be made for that calendar year
• Existing reservations will be suspended
• The paid deposit will be forfeited
• In certain cases, the guest’s registration may be withdrawn
Deposit Policy
• If cancellation is made at least 28 days before arrival, the full deposit can be reused within the same year.
• If cancellation is made within 28 days, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
