Regulations and information

• You are fully liable for the death of the fish resulting from your negligence. The value of a fish exceeds hundreds of thousands or even millions of forints!
• You, as an angler and your guests also have additional financial responsibility for the wooden house and other fishing equipment that you may rent!
• Excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, loudness, and disturbance of fishing companions can result in an immediate ban! In case of excessive alcohol consumption, the huers can immediately stop you from fishing and will apply an immediate ban! If necessary, we will also make a formal report to the appropriate authorities! Consumption of alcohol is allowed under normal conditions as long as the angler is capable of cultured behavior. Please keep this in mind so as not to disturb the recreation of others by consuming excessive alcohol or making noise! Thank you very much!
• During night fishing, you are obliged to illuminate the fishing spot in a visible way, e.g. by turning on the outdoor electricity! This is necessary to prevent an accident! Night fishing is not possible without lighting!
• It is forbidden to bathe in the water of the lake!
• It is forbidden to go into the water with sunscreen on your skin!
• It is forbidden to pour uneaten food and drinks into the water!
• Washing clothes or washing dishes in the water of the lake is forbidden!
• It is FORBIDDEN to perform human needs in the water !!!!!
• It is forbidden to throw cigarettes into the water!
• Firing is only allowed at the designated fishing spot!
• Marking fish is strictly forbidden !!!!! We will punish you with an IMMEDIATE PROHIBITION!
• During the weighing (for taking photos) the fish must be constantly watered (cooled)!
• Under the age of 12 we can’t provide any fishing opportunities! Persons between the ages of 12 and 16 can only fish under parental supervision. The responsibility in this case lies entirely with the parent! Over the age of 12, fishing is only allowed with a boilie ticket!
• We regularly check our visitors to make sure our rules are being kept. Please don’t be bothered by our huers’ work!

• Up to positions 8 and 13-18 as well as positions VIP1 and VIP2, the use of a boat is mandatory due to the reed-filled water area! Please note when booking that renting a boat will be necessary!
• You can also use your own boat, but only in a cleaned condition! We do not allow the use of dirty boats! Thank you for your understanding!
• It is mandatory to use a headlamp when using a boat at night! You can use the boat at your own risk. It is forbidden to use the boat while being intoxicated / drunk, the lake staff and the lake owner do not take any responsibility for any accidents or damage!When using a boat, you must also use a life jacket, this is inevitable!

• It is only possible to drive in the lake area between 7 am and 6 pm, but please do this ONLY IN JUSTIFIED cases, so that we do not disturb the rest of others with the car traffic and do not "unnecessarily" dust it under anyone's nose if you don't have to! Thank you very much for your cooperation!
• It is FORBIDDEN to drive while intoxicated on the lake! The maximum speed allowed in the lake area is 5 KM / H due to the dusting of the gravel roads, thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
• With a 24-hour booking or above, parking for nearby the fishing spot is possible by car for "COMFORT", but the use of the car is FORBIDDEN during this time!
• 1 car / spot is allowed at each fishing place, and we ask anglers not to park their car on the grass, thank you very much!
• If you make your reservation for less than 24 hours, it is FORBIDDEN to park the car in a fishing spot, it is only allowed during unpacking and repacking. After unloading your equipment your car must be stopped in the designated car park. Fishing can only be started after the vehicles have been stopped in the car park. When you want to leave you can drive to the fishing place with the permission of the on-duty huer!
• Upon departure, we ask all our guests who came with a car to show their car to the current huer for inspection, thank you for your cooperation!

CARTRAFFIC OVER THE CROSS-BARRIER IS FORBIDDEN FOR ANGLERS!

Visitor:

• Visitors arriving at the lake and the anglers may only stay in the parking lot next to the entrance with their vehicles, the access to fishing spots by car is FORBIDDEN for them! The angler is fully responsible for the guests who come to him! Guests are also obliged to follow the rules of the lake, compliance is always essential! You must purchase the visitor's ticket for all your guests, it is forbidden to stay in the lake area without it. You can buy the visitors ticket at the buffet!

• If you have a large breed dog, please be sure to put a leash on it all day around the lake, smaller dogs (eg.: English Bulldog, French Bulldog, Yorkie) are free to walk without it!
• It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to let a dog into the lake or swim in the water!
• In the case of large dogs, the use of a muzzle is MANDATORY!
• We ask you to always clean up your dog’s feces, it’s a must!
• It is FORBIDDEN to lock the dog in the wooden house!
• We ask the owners to pay extra attention: the resting of the OTHER ANGLERS can NOT be disturbed in any way by the dog!
• The owner MUST keep the dog in the fishing spot in such a way that it CANNOT obstruct the work of the huers in ANY way!
• All owners are asked to abide by the rules. Thank you for the cooperation! BREACH OF THE RULES MEANS IMMEDIATE PROHIBITION FROM THE LAKE AREA! The owner of the dog is TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage!

• To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit which is at least 50% of the services used (eg.: chalet, day ticket, boat, etc.). After the arrival of the deposit, we consider your booking accepted!
• You have 72 hours from the date of booking to pay the deposit, if no transfer is made within this time, your reservation will be canceled!
• If the cancellation is made 28 days before the arrival, the full amount of the paid deposit can be reused (in the current year) for the next time! In case if the cancellation is more than 28 days, the amount of the paid deposit will be automatically lost

• Online reservation is possible for a minimum of 48 hours, we cannot accept bookings for less than 48 hours on our website!
• If you want to stay for 48 hours or more, please make your reservation online, it is not possible to book by phone!
• If you want to make a reservation for less than 48 hours, it is possible to arrange it in person at the huers house or by phone.
• If you want a 12 or 24 hour "advance booking" we can only help you one day before the given subject day, if it is possible, depending on the occupancy

Arrival and departure can be on the given day at 8 am or 5 pm!

Of course, an already approved booking can be canceled. There are many oversubscriptions to our fishing spots, so please help our work and other anglers and make your intention to cancel the date in time! 

Cancellations, changes in the number of fishing spots (arrival or departure time, change of position, etc.) can always be sent by e-mail to doncarpbaits1@gmail.com, but please notify us at least 28 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise regardless of your reason we will not be able to accept or make the modification, or cancellation!

If you do not arrive at a previously booked date, and do not indicate this by e-mail before the arrival date, we will not be able to book an additional reservation for you that year! We will also suspend your other existing bookings and you will automatically lose the paid deposit, and in some cases this type of behavior may result in your membership card being withdrawn! 

If the cancellation is made 28 days before the arrival, the full amount of the paid deposit can be reused (in the current year) for the next time! In case if the cancellation is more than 28 days, the amount of the paid deposit will be automatically lost!
